Responsibilities

• Act as a thought partner to General Counsels and Legal Operations leaders to identify high-value opportunities for platform scaling.
• Take ownership of client relationships, from running pilots to guiding department-wide adoption.
• Serve as the voice of the user to inform product development, roadmap priorities, and strategic direction.
• Deliver product demos and training to diverse stakeholders, including regional teams and legal ops professionals.
• Document best practices and develop scalable playbooks to shape global function growth.

Requirements

• Background in law with experience in an in-house legal team or corporate legal department.
• Experience in legal operations, process improvement, or technology implementation.
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts like generative AI to diverse stakeholders.
