Responsibilities

• Act as a thought partner to General Counsels and Legal Operations leaders to identify high-value opportunities for platform scaling
• Partner with Go To Market and Customer Success teams to own client relationships, from pilots to department-wide adoption
• Serve as the voice of in-house users to inform product development, roadmap priorities, and strategic direction
• Deliver clear product demos and training to diverse stakeholders, including GCs and regional teams
• Document best practices and contribute to the development of scalable playbooks
• Help in-house teams navigate the shift to AI by evaluating ROI and mapping impact on contract management and compliance

Requirements

• Background in law with experience in an in-house legal team or corporate legal department
• Experience in legal operations, process improvement, or technology implementation
• Tech-curious with passion for generative AI and technology implementation
• Ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders from lawyers to engineers
• Experience evaluating and improving processes through emerging technologies
• Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple client relationships
• Understanding of commercial realities in in-house legal environments
