Responsibilities

• Act as a thought partner to law firm partners, associates, and innovation teams to identify high-value opportunities for platform scaling.
• Take ownership of firm relationships, from running pilots to guiding full-firm adoption.
• Serve as the voice of the user to inform product development, roadmap priorities, and strategic direction.
• Deliver clear product demos and training to various practice groups and firm-wide audiences.
• Document best practices and contribute to the development of scalable global playbooks.
• Help law firms navigate the shift to AI by evaluating ROI and mapping AI impact across practice areas.

Requirements

• Background in law with experience at a top-tier law firm.
• Experience in legal innovation, knowledge management, or legal tech.
• Tech-curious with a passion for generative AI and technology implementation.
• Ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders, from senior partners to engineers.
• Strong understanding of law firm commercial realities, including billing pressures and risk management.
• Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple firm relationships.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and improve processes through emerging technologies.
