Responsibilities

• Act as a thought partner to clients to build trusted relationships and identify high-value opportunities for scaling Legora.
• Partner with Customer Success to own client relationships from pilots and onboarding to full-firm adoption.
• Serve as the voice of the user to inform product development, roadmap priorities, and strategic direction.
• Deliver clear product demos and training to clients.
• Document best practices and contribute to scalable playbooks for global growth.
• Help clients navigate the shift to AI by evaluating ROI and mapping impact across practice areas.

Requirements

• Background in law with experience at a top-tier firm or in-house legal team.
• Tech-curious and product-savvy, with interest in generative AI and technology implementation.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both lawyers and engineers.
• Experience evaluating and improving processes through emerging technologies.
• Proactive, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple client relationships.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.
