Responsibilities

• Act as a thought partner to General Counsels and Legal Operations leaders to identify high-value opportunities for platform scaling.
• Partner with Go To Market and Customer Success teams to own client relationships, from running pilots to guiding department-wide adoption.
• Serve as the voice of in-house users to inform product development, roadmap priorities, and strategic direction.
• Deliver clear product demos and training to diverse stakeholders, including GCs and regional legal teams.
• Document best practices and contribute to the development of scalable playbooks for global growth.
• Help in-house teams evaluate ROI and efficiency gains from AI implementation across contract management and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Background in law with experience in an in-house legal team or corporate legal department.
• Experience in legal operations, process improvement, or technology implementation.
• Tech-curious mindset with passion for generative AI and technology implementation.
• Ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders, from lawyers to engineers.
• Proven ability to bring structure to ambiguity and manage multiple client relationships.
• Understanding of how to evaluate and improve processes using emerging technologies.
• Ability to balance risk and commercial objectives within a corporate legal context.
