About the Company

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject-matter expert to ensure the product meets the highest standards
• Contribute jurisdiction-specific expert regulatory advice across major European jurisdictions or US states
• Bridge the gap between law and technology by working with engineers and designers
• Define product requirements and develop training sets and evaluation metrics
• Act as an expert for first customers and gather feedback to inform product decisions
• Help establish the company as a thought leader in AI and legal/compliance tech

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a top-tier legal environment (leading law firm or high-performing in-house team)
• Strong background in advising on regulatory frameworks and complex legal landscapes
• Deep experience in the US, UK, France, Germany, and/or other major European jurisdictions
• High curiosity regarding AI and its intersection with legal practice
• Ability to thrive in high-performance environments
• Based in or willing to relocate to Stockholm
