Legal Director

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s overall legal strategy in alignment with business goals
• Advise the CEO and executive team on legal risks, regulatory requirements, and business impact
• Oversee corporate governance and ensure legal compliance across all entities and jurisdictions
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including vendor contracts, partnerships, SaaS agreements, and NDAs
• Monitor updates in local and international regulations across KSA, UAE, Jordan, Morocco, and the UK
• Lead company-wide risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
• Manage external counsel and handle dispute resolution or litigation management
• Oversee company registrations, renewals, licensing, and entity management
• Support HR with employment law matters and policy compliance
• Lead and mentor the legal team and train internal departments on legal topics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) is mandatory
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive legal experience
• Experience within tech, digital platforms, or multinational environments
• Strong expertise in commercial contracts, employment law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance
• Previous experience in a director or senior legal leadership role
