About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as a consultative partner to law school customers to increase product adoption and active users
  • Engage with diverse stakeholders including students, faculty, librarians, and law school leadership
  • Develop and execute strategic, school-specific account plans to drive engagement
  • Prepare and deliver specialized presentations communicating product value and differentiators
  • Conduct research and analysis of customer findings to share insights with product and marketing teams
  • Collaborate with commercial account teams to identify new leads and revenue opportunities

Requirements

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) degree
  • 1-2 years of legal practice experience
  • Proven experience developing and executing strategic account plans
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate key stakeholders and resources to impact client success
  • Strong networking capabilities and professional business maturity
