About the Company

VOSKER is a fast-growing international technology company specializing in remote monitoring solutions. Our autonomous solar-powered cameras, connected to cellular networks, allow businesses to monitor and secure the most demanding environments in the world.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to European sales teams on commercial and operational issues
• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts (e.g., customer, supplier, and partnership agreements)
• Contribute to compliance with European regulatory frameworks (e.g., consumer law, data protection, and product-specific regulations)
• Support corporate law and governance matters for European entities
• Contribute to the development of internal policies, templates, and legal processes
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments affecting the company's European activities

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer or legal professional in at least one European jurisdiction (preference for France or Germany)
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a law firm or in-house
• Strong knowledge of commercial law
• Experience with cross-border or multi-jurisdictional matters is a significant asset
• Knowledge of EU law and regulatory frameworks, specifically GDPR
• Excellent command of English
• Proficiency in other European languages is an asset, with a strong preference for German
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Ability to balance legal risks with business objectives
