Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to European business teams on commercial and operational matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements including customer, supplier, and partnership contracts
• Support compliance with European regulatory frameworks such as consumer law, data protection, and product-specific regulations
• Assist with corporate and governance matters for European entities
• Contribute to the development of internal policies, templates, and legal processes
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments impacting European operations

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer in at least one European jurisdiction (preference for France or Germany)
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in a law firm or in-house environment
• Solid grounding in commercial law
• Experience with cross-border or multi-jurisdictional matters
• Familiarity with EU law and regulatory frameworks like GDPR
• Fluency in English
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional European languages, with a strong preference for German
