Legal Counsel

Responsibilities

• Act as a legal partner for creative and business teams throughout the game lifecycle
• Structure, negotiate, and secure agreements including services, licenses, distribution, and partnerships
• Provide pragmatic and strategic legal advice in a fast-paced environment
• Train and empower teams on legal fundamentals such as IP and risk awareness
• Engage with international stakeholders and contribute to global projects
• Manage pre-litigation situations in coordination with external counsel
• Monitor legal, regulatory, and technological developments in the video game industry

Requirements

• Proficiency in contract law within media, entertainment, technology, or video games
• Professional proficiency in both French and English
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Strategic and analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach
• Ability to communicate clearly with high-level stakeholders
• Interest in video game franchises and the competitive gaming ecosystem
