Legal Counsel

Responsibilities

• Advise and represent the company on legal aspects related to business activities
• Draft legal documents including demand letters, contracts, and various agreements
• Coordinate with government agencies to secure necessary permits and licenses
• Monitor and update the company on new laws applicable to the business nature
• Lead internal compliance audits and identify potential issues requiring investigation
• Ensure compliance with national and local laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies
• Assist the Head of Legal in monitoring department tasks and maintaining quality standards
• Assess internal processes in preparation for ISO certification
• Help manage corporate risks and maintain the company's reputation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field
• Active Member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines
• 2+ years of experience in the practice of Law
• Expertise in Labor Law, Commercial Law, Contracts Law, and Civil Law
