About the role
Responsibilities
- Review domestic and international contracts
- Provide legal counsel for business operations, including M&A and investments
- Establish strategies for dispute resolution and litigation response
- Support Board of Directors and general shareholder meetings
- Manage general corporate legal risks
Requirements
- Licensed lawyer in South Korea
- Minimum of 2 years of legal professional experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Possession of a U.S. attorney license
- Previous experience working within a corporate legal team
- Proficiency in English
