Reducto is the agentic document platform for leading AI teams who demand enterprise performance at scale. We provide a comprehensive toolkit for working with documents the way a human would, combining custom in-house and leading frontier models to power efficient and accurate document workflows.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including MSAs, SaaS subscriptions, DPAs, SOWs, and NDAs
• Run high-value, complex negotiations with large enterprise and strategic customers
• Partner with the sales team as a solution-oriented advisor to accelerate deal velocity
• Own data protection and privacy in customer contracts and support security/compliance posture
• Serve as product counsel, advising on the legal implications of new AI/ML features
• Build and maintain scalable legal infrastructure, including templates and negotiation playbooks
• Provide pragmatic legal and regulatory guidance across the company
• Coordinate IP matters and manage outside counsel relationships

Requirements

• Active member of the California Bar, or able to waive in
• 7+ years of legal experience (combining law firm and in-house)
• Hands-on enterprise commercial contracting experience
• Ability to run complex enterprise deals end-to-end without supervision
• Comfortable making pragmatic calls independently in a fast-moving environment
• Fluent use of AI tools to improve efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior in-house experience at a B2B SaaS or AI company
• Experience building legal infrastructure from scratch
• Understanding of how AI technologies intersect with privacy
• Experience navigating international legal and regulatory requirements
