Legal Counsel, Real Estate & Development

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate letters of intent, land options, purchase agreements, easements, and construction contracts
• Provide legal support on project finance and real estate loan transactions, including infrastructure and power-related agreements
• Manage the documentation lifecycle for data center development and energy infrastructure projects
• Act as the primary legal liaison for development, operations, asset management, and strategic financing teams
• Coordinate with outside counsel, title agents, surveyors, and environmental consultants
• Conduct and coordinate legal due diligence, including title commitments, ALTA surveys, and zoning analyses

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. State and member in good standing of a U.S. Bar
• 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate, infrastructure, or energy law
• Proven track record drafting and negotiating LOIs, purchase options, and easements
• Experience coordinating with title companies, surveyors, and environmental consultants

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with project finance or real estate loan transactions
• Experience in data center, energy, or digital infrastructure
