Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for the Ukrainian corporate structure, including charitable foundation projects
• Prepare, analyze, and negotiate contracts for business and infrastructure needs (mostly in foreign jurisdictions)
• Conduct KYC for counterparties
• Improve and automate internal processes, including contract management and KYC
• Conduct training to increase legal literacy within the organization
• Collaborate with internal teams (business, finance, audit, accounting) to ensure legal compliance
• Advise on legal risks, regulatory changes, and issues affecting company processes
• Focus on developing contract and KYC workflows for individual businesses in the future

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in legal business support, including business structuring and contract law
• Basic understanding of international corporate law is a plus
• Excellent contract drafting, analysis, and review skills
• High level of autonomy and proactivity
• Orientation toward practical solutions that meet business goals
• Understanding of business processes and ability to identify systemic risks
• English: Upper-Intermediate+ for contract work and communication
