About the Company

Northwood is a modern space infrastructure company bringing the benefits of space to the masses through advanced communications technology. We are building a global network of phased array ground stations that enable real-time, reliable communication for satellite missions such as national security, global connectivity, and disaster response.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to strategize execution of complex business opportunities
• Support operations across multiple domestic and international regulatory regimes
• Assist with global market entry efforts, regulatory licensing, filings, and advocacy
• Draft, negotiate, and review commercial agreements including customer, vendor, and government contracts
• Develop and refine internal legal processes, playbooks, and templates

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA accredited law school
• Active membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 4+ years of relevant legal experience
• Working knowledge of U.S. regulatory processes
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual per ITAR regulations
• Willingness to work on-site 5 days per week in Torrance, CA
