Legal Counsel

About the Company

Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial IT agreements including SaaS, IaaS, and HWaaS
• Lead contract negotiations independently with customers, vendors, and strategic partners
• Deliver practical, business-focused legal advice to achieve strategic goals while managing risk
• Structure and negotiate partnership and strategic collaboration agreements
• Partner with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product, finance, and operations
• Translate complex legal concepts into actionable guidance for non-legal stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline deal execution

Requirements

• 6 years of experience in commercial law with a focus on technology transactions
• Minimum 3 years of in-house experience at an international high-tech company
• Law degree from a recognized university
• Extensive hands-on experience with SaaS agreements
• Proven track record of negotiating complex commercial contracts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• License to practice law in an EU country, the UK, or the US preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with IaaS and HWaaS agreements
• Familiarity with data privacy, AI, and consumer laws
• Good technical understanding
• Experience with partnership or strategic collaboration agreements
