About the Company

MiQ is a programmatic media partner for marketers and agencies, connecting data from multiple sources to solve business problems. They are experts in data science, analytics, and programmatic trading.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts with clients, technology vendors, data providers, and strategic partners across LATAM.
• Provide legal support for operations in 12 territories across Latin America.
• Advise sales, operations, and product teams on service agreements, SaaS, NDAs, and data processing agreements.
• Support post-acquisition integration including contract harmonization and internal policies.
• Monitor regional regulatory changes regarding data privacy, digital advertising, and consumer protection.
• Manage relationships with external counsel for specialized local expertise.
• Contribute to building the LATAM legal function through processes, templates, and playbooks.

Requirements

• Law degree
• 4 to 7 years of experience in transactional, corporate, or technology law
• Experience reviewing and negotiating complex commercial contracts
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Familiarity with LATAM data privacy regulations
• Ability to work autonomously and communicate with non-legal audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in AdTech, digital media, SaaS, or technology platforms
• Experience with international clients or multinational corporate structures
• Knowledge of digital advertising regulatory frameworks (IAB, GDPR, CCPA)
• Conversational Portuguese
