Legal Counsel

Responsibilities

• Review domestic commercial contracts including IP and publishing agreements
• Review IP issues such as copyright and AI-related legal matters
• Review legal aspects related to esports competitions
• Conduct investment-related legal reviews (optional based on preference)

Requirements

• Licensed attorney in the Republic of Korea
• 2 to 10 years of experience in a law firm or as in-house counsel
• Ability to define and solve legal problems in a rapidly changing industry
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with diverse colleagues
• Ability to travel overseas

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in reviewing various contracts (licensing, distribution, service, partnership, etc.)
• Interest and basic understanding of the gaming, IT/entertainment, and digital content industries
• Previous experience as in-house counsel in gaming, IT, or content sectors
• Business-level English proficiency for meetings and email correspondence
