Legal Counsel

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on commercial and supply chain contracts, compliance, data protection, and intellectual property
• Support corporate governance, transactions, restructurings, and strategic projects
• Draft and review legal documents and conduct legal research to support company operations
• Monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Partner with cross-functional teams including finance, procurement, technical, and supply chain departments
• Assist in improving legal processes and policies as the company scales
• Create awareness and standardized documentation to increase legal knowledge across departments

Requirements

• Full graduate degree in Law, preferably from a German university or within the German-speaking community
• 4-5 years of practical experience in a reputable law firm or in-house legal department
• Solid understanding of corporate law, with additional knowledge in German corporate law and compliance being a plus
• Fluency in both English and German
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment
• Interest in space law is a bonus
