About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage overall investment-related legal matters for Krafton
- Handle equity investments and M&A activities for various domestic and international companies
- Support follow-up management for invested companies
- Review fund investments
- Review legal matters related to Commercial Law, Capital Markets Act, and Foreign Exchange Transactions Act
- Review other domestic contracts for Krafton
Requirements
- Licensed attorney in South Korea
- 3-10 years of experience in investment-related legal work at a law firm or as in-house counsel
- Proactive attitude toward complex and new legal issues in a rapidly changing industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse global colleagues
- Ability to travel overseas without disqualifying factors
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience collaborating with overseas legal or business teams in a global company
- English communication skills for legal issues
