Responsibilities

• Handle IP protection and infringement matters, including trademark registrations and copyright enforcement
• Manage pre-litigation and litigation matters in France and abroad
• Contribute to the company’s global IP portfolio and protection of brands, products, and content
• Assist on a variety of agreements with a focus on IP-related provisions, licensing, and risk management
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve legal team support
• Act as a privileged point of contact for IP-related matters for operational teams

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of relevant legal experience in IP, litigation, media, or tech
• Strong knowledge of IP law (copyright, trademarks, designs)
• Experience with litigation, particularly IP-related, in France
• Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
• Proactive, self-started, and solutions-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in gaming, ad tech, entertainment, or social media
• Exposure to EU or US legal systems
• Experience in both France and another jurisdiction, notably a common law country
