Legal Counsel

Responsibilities

• Independently draft, review, and negotiate various contracts in German and English, including supply, acceptance, service, and work contracts
• Manage real estate legal matters, including existing contracts and rights in rem (e.g., purchase and easement agreements)
• Lead and support administrative proceedings related to environmental law, waste management, trade law, and permit processes
• Advise internal departments on civil and public law issues
• Collaborate with the Regional Compliance department to ensure adherence to internal guidelines and legal requirements
• Develop, update, and implement internal compliance policies and conduct training sessions
• Manage compliance-related reporting to the group and handle inquiries regarding corporate structures and internal processes

Requirements

• Completed law degree (Diploma or Master's degree)
• Relevant professional experience in contract law, real estate law, or public law
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to grasp complex issues quickly and present solutions clearly
• Business fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
• High level of responsibility and ability to work independently
