Legal Counsel

Responsibilities

• Independently handle diverse legal issues, primarily in civil and commercial law
• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate contracts across various legal areas
• Develop legally secure templates, model contracts, and standardized processes
• Support the planning and implementation of internal projects and process optimization
• Design and conduct training sessions, particularly regarding civil and commercial law
• Coordinate legal matters with internal departments and collaborate with external law firms

Requirements

• Fully qualified lawyer (Volljurist) with two state law examinations
• Experience in a global company or an international law firm, preferably in civil and commercial law
• Strong negotiation skills combined with analytical strength and business acumen
• Ability to communicate complex legal topics clearly and appropriately for the target audience
• Fluent proficiency in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Independent, committed, and solution-oriented working style
