Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance on commercial, regulatory, contractual, and compliance matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements
• Support the company’s compliance with applicable laws and corporate policies
• Assist in managing litigation and dispute resolution matters
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal considerations are integrated into business decisions
• Keep abreast of legal developments relevant to the pharmaceutical industry and advise management accordingly
• Support corporate governance and regulatory filings as required

Requirements

• Law degree (LLB or equivalent)
• 10 years of legal experience as a Legal Counsel or similar role
• Strong knowledge of commercial contracts
• Proficiency in Excel and Data Analysis
• Deep understanding of Egyptian Laws
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
