About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the review, drafting, negotiation, and documentation of commercial contracts across all Pall business units in EMEA.
- Manage various agreement types including General Terms & Conditions, Procurement, Sales, Service, Lease Agreements, and EPC.
- Advise internal clients on legal risks and company policies, providing practical solutions with balanced risk management.
- Deliver legal communications and training to business units and provide guidance to Legal Reviewers.
- Support the Senior Counsel EMEA in managing claims and litigation and contribute to global legal and compliance initiatives.
- Advise on strategic opportunities and emerging technologies, including AI.
Requirements
- Fully qualified to practice law in the UK.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial contract law.
- Proven experience working within the legal department of an international company.
- Expertise in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
