Legal Counsel

Responsibilities

• Support the Elixirr Group’s international business with a focus on M&A activities and post-acquisition integration
• Advise on Companies Act and listed company regulatory obligations, including corporate governance and statutory filings
• Manage board and shareholder matters, employee share schemes, and stock exchange compliance
• Negotiate commercial contracts, including intellectual property and data protection provisions
• Collaborate with the General Counsel, CFO, and COO to support the company secretarial function
• Partner with Elixirr leadership to engage with FTSE 100, Fortune 500, and private equity-backed clients

Requirements

• Admitted to practice in England and Wales
• 4+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) from a reputable law firm and/or in-house environment
• Proven experience advising on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions from inception to post-acquisition
• Strong knowledge of commercial contracts
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to operate independently and communicate effectively with senior executives

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with public company-related work and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency and adeptness in using AI tools
