Legal Counsel

Responsibilities

• Provide a broad spectrum of commercial and corporate legal advice to support US growth and international business operations
• Deliver reliable, commercially focused advice and pragmatic solutions to senior leadership and US-based employees
• Support the post-acquisition integration of US acquisitions
• Assist with corporate and company secretarial functions to support group entities
• Partner with Elixirr Partners and Principals to engage with high-profile clients across various sectors
• Collaborate closely with the General Counsel, CFO, COO, and US entity CEOs

Requirements

• Admission to the Texas, California, or New York bar
• 4+ years of post-qualification experience from a reputable law firm and/or in-house environment
• Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, including intellectual property and data protection provisions
• Experience in corporate and company secretarial work
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a growth mindset and a collaborative negotiation style

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in employment, data privacy, and intellectual property law
• Background in professional services related to digital transformation and AI enablement
• Proficiency with the use of AI tools and a keen interest in AI innovation
