We recently raised a $250 million Series E round led by Andreessen Horowitz to accelerate our mission.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the drafting and negotiation of complex customer, partner, vendor, and other contracts
• Establish contracting and organizational processes to improve efficiency as the company scales
• Own large, complex regulatory and compliance projects and drive them to completion
• Track new and amended laws to ensure compliance in a rapidly-changing legal landscape
• Develop and deliver training programs to company stakeholders regarding policies and best practices
• Assist with legal matters ranging from HR to corporate governance
• Partner with Sales and Finance teams on commercial and financial operational matters
• Address customer questions and concerns regarding legal matters

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or foreign equivalent from a top law school
• Admitted to practice law in New York State in good standing, or able to waive in
• 2-5 years of legal experience at a top firm involving diverse corporate work
• Strong legal drafting and research skills
• Ability to parse and distill complex statutes and regulations
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Financial literacy to partner effectively with Sales and Finance teams
• Willingness to work in person at NYC headquarters 4-5 days a week

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the SaaS or AI space
• Experience managing complex regulatory/compliance projects
