Legal Counsel

Responsibilities

• Manage the full negotiation lifecycle for MSAs, partnership agreements, SOWs, SLAs, and AI terms
• Partner with Sales, Dealdesk, Partnership, Security, and Finance teams as a legal advisor
• Draft and refine legal terms, contract templates, and amendments
• Conduct forensic reviews of client contracts to mitigate risk
• Advise Sales on contract questions, products, disputes, and terminations
• Support the RFP team on tender responses and major sales documents
• Support the Partnership team in negotiating strategic partnership agreements
• Maintain contract records and coordinate internal training on contract standards

Requirements

• JD/LLB from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice law in the United Kingdom
• 3+ years of in-house counsel experience
• SaaS or tech industry experience preferred
• Experience drafting and negotiating SaaS subscription agreements, data privacy, and AI terms
• Strong project management and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in French (written and spoken)
• Working knowledge of GDPR and UK privacy laws
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software
• Experience with Linksquares or other CLM software
