Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years PQE within top-tier private practice or a large in-house legal team
- Strong technical experience in Commercial Law
- Exposure to Consumer Law, Intellectual Property, Digital Commerce, and/or Data Privacy
- Full Australian working rights and eligibility to practice in Australia
- Ability to analyze legal and commercial risks and propose business-oriented solutions
- Strong stakeholder influence and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in FMCG, retail, consumer, or digital product/commerce industries
