Legal Counsel (Commercial & Products)

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of commercial contracts, including SaaS, marketing partnerships, market maker agreements, and liquidity provider layouts
• Act as the primary legal partner for product and engineering teams to ensure new features launch with solid terms of service and minimal user friction
• Manage everyday contract pipelines and negotiate vendor agreements
• Spearhead product launch projects and manage complex legal tasks independently

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
• Strong background in FinTech, Web3, or crypto exchanges
• Deep understanding of crypto use cases and the ability to explain complex legal risks to non-lawyers
• High risk-tolerance for ambiguity and ability to work independently within a team
• Fluency in both English and Chinese
