Legal Counsel - Commercial

Responsibilities

• Act as a commercial legal partner to the business, working with senior stakeholders in Growth, Operations, and Procurement
• Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of customer and supplier contracts
• Advise on commercial risk allocation, pricing structures, liability, and contractual protections
• Support go-to-market and procurement activities by enabling scalable commercial contracting practices
• Address data protection and compliance considerations within customer and supplier contracts
• Develop and maintain commercial templates, playbooks, and guidelines to improve deal velocity

Requirements

• J.D. (or equivalent) with admission to practice in at least one U.S. state or common law jurisdiction
• 5+ years of experience at a top-tier law firm and/or as in-house legal counsel
• Strong experience negotiating B2B SaaS agreements
• Proven ability to handle corporate matters and complex commercial agreements
• Ability to work independently and manage work across different time zones
• Interest in AI and legal technology
