Legal Counsel - Commercial

Responsibilities

• Act as a commercial legal partner to the business, working with senior stakeholders in Growth, Operations, and Procurement.
• Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of customer and supplier contracts to close deals efficiently.
• Advise on commercial risk allocation, pricing structures, liability, and contractual protections.
• Support go-to-market and procurement activities by enabling scalable commercial contracting practices.
• Address data protection and compliance considerations within customer and supplier contracts.
• Develop and maintain commercial templates, playbooks, and guidelines to improve deal velocity.

Requirements

• Law degree from the UK or an EU jurisdiction, qualified to practice in that country.
• 3-5 years of experience at a top-tier law firm and/or as in-house legal counsel.
• Strong experience negotiating B2B SaaS agreements.
• Proven ability to handle corporate matters and complex commercial agreements.
• Ability to work independently and manage work across different time zones.
• Interest in AI and legal technology.

Preferred Qualifications

• Spanish and/or German language skills.
• Experience with data privacy, IT security, or corporate law.
