Legal Counsel - Commercial

Responsibilities

• Act as a commercial legal partner to the business, working with senior stakeholders in Growth, Operations, and Procurement
• Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of customer and supplier contracts to close deals efficiently
• Advise on commercial risk allocation, pricing structures, liability, and contractual protections
• Support go-to-market and procurement activities by enabling scalable commercial contracting practices
• Address data protection and compliance considerations within customer and supplier contracts
• Develop and maintain commercial templates, playbooks, and guidelines to improve deal velocity

Requirements

• Law degree (LL.M. or equivalent) from Sweden, the UK, or an EU-jurisdiction
• Qualified to practice in Sweden, the UK, or an EU-jurisdiction
• 3-5 years of experience at a top-tier law firm and/or as in-house legal counsel
• Strong experience negotiating B2B SaaS agreements
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Ability to work independently across multiple time zones
• Interest in AI and legal technology

Preferred Qualifications

• Spanish or German language skills
• Experience with data privacy, IT security, or corporate law
