Responsibilities
- Providing clear, commercial legal advice to internal stakeholders
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial and supplier contracts
- Supporting regulatory and marketing compliance
- Maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders across teams
Requirements
- 3-6 years of significant transactional experience
- Experience in an in-house environment preferred
- Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
- Confidence working with internal stakeholders and external advisers
- Strong issue spotting and contract planning skills
- Full Australian working rights and eligibility to practice in Australia
