Legal Counsel

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage business risks through commercial, legal, and ethical risk assessments.
• Provide legal support across sales, distribution, manufacturing, intellectual property, product liability, M&A, and regulatory requirements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex global supply, service, and purchase contracts, including EPC contracts.
• Support compliance areas such as fair competition, export control, and international sanctions.
• Partner with Group Legal and regional in-house counsels to implement policies and continuous improvements.
• Manage and coordinate disputes and litigations in coordination with external counsel.
• Advise management on potential legal matters to maximize business opportunities and mitigate legislative risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Law with a legal professional qualification certificate.
• Minimum 7-8 years of relevant legal experience; experience in multinational manufacturing is preferred.
• Proficiency in laws and regulations related to export control and international sanctions, including EU economic and trade laws.
• Fluent oral English with excellent legal English reading and writing skills.
• Ability to independently handle foreign-related contracts and supply chain compliance within the manufacturing industry.
• Competence in compliance system establishment, risk inspection, and cross-department communication.
