Responsibilities

• Help formalize and run the process for intake, review, and execution of all real estate and energy contracts
• Work independently to manage the contract review process, including monitoring performance and identifying gaps/issues
• Proactively work on solutions for contract management issues
• Interface with all internal stakeholder groups who work with the General Counsel's office

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in managing contracts in a complex, multi-disciplined company
• Demonstrated strength in teamwork and the ability to work independently
• Experience in system design, assessment, and improvement
• Strong contract management experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized
