Legal Consultant - Commercial Contracts

Responsibilities

• Work side by side with the legal and business teams of F500 clients to provide commercially tailored support
• Provide practical legal advice on transactional matters while aligning with business goals and initiatives
• Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and other agreements across various business lines
• Maintain and update documentation with most recent regulatory requirements
• Advise business clients directly and provide guidance for various corporate policies

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 PQE in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts
