Legal Consultant - Banking and Finance

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial legal and advisory support on various financial products
• Review, vet, and draft legal documents including treasury documents, loan agreements, product terms and conditions, and security documents
• Ensure legal compliance with local and international standards
• Liaise and collaborate with front and back office functions, internal control groups, and external counsel

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in private practice or the in-house banking sector
• Qualified in Singapore or a common law jurisdiction
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and cross-functionally
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency and a positive mentality
