About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support across the client’s business
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and legal documents
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Provide legal support on product development and marketing initiatives
- Assist on regulatory matters
- Liaise with external counsel and regulatory bodies when required
Requirements
- Legal qualification with 2-3 years PQE
- Experience in Banking, Corporate, M&A, Technology, or Regulatory law
- Experience from reputable law firms or financial institutions
- Strong drafting skills
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
