About the role
Responsibilities
- Review and negotiate NDAs, engagement/mandate letters, term sheets and non‑binding offers
- Advise deal and investment teams on legal/commercial terms including scope of services, fees, and liability
- Support transaction execution and coordinate with external counsel
- Ensure documentation aligns with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to template and process improvements
Requirements
- 3–6 years’ PQE with background in asset management, private equity, or hedge funds
- Experience drafting and negotiating commercial and transaction documents
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Fluency in Chinese
