Legal Consultant

Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad spectrum of financial services regulations
• Support licensing and regulatory engagement
• Handle regulatory queries and provide legal advice on Singapore financial regulations including MAS guidelines, SFA, etc.
• Draft and review legal documentation including policies, contracts, and disclosures
• Partner with internal teams such as product, risk, and compliance to embed regulatory requirements into business operations

Requirements

• Legal professional with 3-10+ years PQE
• Focus in financial services, regulatory compliance, and payments
