Legal Consultant - Asset Management/Securities

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support on asset management, securities brokerage, and wealth management activities across region
• Draft, review, and negotiate key documentation, including fund constitutive documents, investment management and distribution agreements, and brokerage/trading agreements (e.g., ISDA, futures, and options)
• Review client‑facing and marketing materials for funds, portfolios, and wealth management products, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Monitor regulatory developments, update internal policies/templates, and deliver training to business and support teams on securities and asset management legal issues

Requirements

• 1-4 years of post‑qualification experience in securities, funds, or asset management law
• Experience at a reputable law firm or financial institution
• Excellent contract drafting and communication skills in English and Chinese
• Mandarin proficiency is ideal
