About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist legal counsel (Europe and International) regarding distribution and sales
- Draft, review, and negotiate various contractual documents
- Support legal activities in areas including contract law, distribution, civil liability, and corporate law
- Conduct diverse legal research
- Assist with compliance programs and export control matters
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master 2 in Business Law (Droit des affaires)
- Fluent in English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
