Legal & Compliance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Verify compliance of sub-contractors and equipment within the plant
• Integrate and manage supplier files and documentation
• Control and monitor entry and exit records for equipment
• Document movements using photographic evidence and formal records
• Ensure adherence to internal guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Report deviations and follow up with the Compliance department
• Coordinate with operational areas to guarantee full traceability

Requirements

• Degree in Administration or a related field
• Basic knowledge of administration
• Fluency in Spanish
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead low-risk projects
