About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage personal injury pre-litigation and some litigation cases
- Support attorneys throughout all phases of pre-litigation to ensure efficient case progression
- Maintain effective communication with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies
- Manage legal documents, deadlines, and case details using organizational systems
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Legal Case Manager experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (2 years required)
- Ability to draft and review legal documents
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Legal Case Manager experience
- Experience in medical records management
- Understanding of personal injury cases
- Familiarity with FileVine or other case management systems
