Legal Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Rotate across fee-earning, effective working, and business development roles to support associates, partners, and business professionals.
• Manage miscellaneous tasks and special projects using software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, and Adobe.
• Proofread legal documents for accuracy and consistency according to firm standards and Business Practice Group guidelines.
• Conduct legal research and assist in drafting documents to support transactional preparation.
• Create social media and online marketing materials, including research for blog and podcast content.
• Contribute to the expansion of the London office through various finance and business-related tasks.

Requirements

• Final year university student or graduate able to begin employment on September 15th, 2026.
• Achieved or on track to achieve a 2.1 degree at any discipline.
• Obtained AAB at A-Level or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote) and Adobe Professional.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and proofreading skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
• Valid UK Work Authorization.
• Ability to work on-site at the London office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong interest in the legal or business industry.
• Understanding of corporate and transactional terminology, processes, and financial information.
