Legal Auditor

Responsibilities

• Review files on cloud-based document management and time entry systems
• Capture data accurately from active files
• Evaluate file handling to identify exceptional efforts and opportunities for improvement
• Engage in calibration exercises
• Utilize clear and concise writing skills for reporting

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• 5+ years of litigation experience
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Acute attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications

• Insurance defense experience
• Auditing experience at an insurance carrier
• Experience with Electronically Stored Information (ESI)
• Experience with document management systems and computer-assisted review technologies
